3º Complaint process
After the approval and publication of the complaint, the brand will be notified by e-mail (if possible), alerting you to a new complaint addressed to you and you are asked to respond to the consumer.
Whenever there is a response from the brand or user, both will be notified by e-mail.
Consumers Trust does not reply to complaints made by consumers and does not intervene in the complaint process between the consumer and the brand, in other words all communication is responsibility of the intermediate. Who replies/communicates with the consumers are the brands.
Consumers Trust does not replace any regulatory authority of consumption, and does not have an arbitrary role nor will it make judgments on any opinion expressed.
Consumers Trust will only be used as a platform for posting opinions on the part of the registered users.
