Can I edit the complaint after it has been approved?


Consumers Trust gives consumers the opportunity to edit the information contained in the complaint that has been approved.

Just log in to the user account, access "My complaints" and click on "Edit complaint" of the complaint you want to update.

In this edition you can change your personal data, if necessary, and add or change a reference relevant to the entity (phone number, invoice, ...).

The complaint content, public field where you can describe the problem, is also available for editing.

The "Relevant information for the brand" field and "How do you want the brand to resolve your complaint?" can also be edited.

The attachment, public or private, may be added or replaced with another file that you consider most relevant.

After sending the edition, it will have to be approved by Consumers Trust team, as the complaint can never lose its initial meaning.
