Can brands delete complaints?


All complaints submitted by consumers on the platform must progress "from problem to solution". 

Thus, after the complaint process is completed, both the complaining users and the targeted brands can put the complaints as private, in order to guarantee the management of the privacy of the shared information.

To be changed to private, complaints must respect the following eligibility conditions:

  • Complaint made more than 24 months ago
  • Complaint status must be as "Resolved" or "Unresolved"
  • One month has passed since the change of the status.

Complaints are not deleted at any time, and can continue to be accessed by the direct parties involved, through backoffice access.

The user can always reopen or change the status of the complaint, until this is placed as private.
